CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM.

GUARANTEE POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A $100 security deposit will be held upon check-in for incidentals.

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY

Cancel by 3:00 PM (local time) 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night penalty fee unless a non-refundable rate was selected.

RESORT FEE

$32 per night. This includes welcome wine & snacks upon check-in, bonfire & s’mores, classic movies in the courtyard, lawn games, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi, and in-room water bottles.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

If you choose to shorten your stay after arrival, a $75 early departure fee will be charged.

PET POLICY

The pet fee is $50. A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed per room with a total weight limit of 40 lbs. No other pets are permitted. Dogs cannot be left alone in the room and may not enter the breakfast room, pool, or jacuzzi.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

We welcome children but ask that they are not left unattended.

BREAKFAST

We offer a complimentary breakfast served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

CONCIERGE HOURS

Our lobby is open every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

OCCUPANCY AND LOCAL TAX

A Transient Occupancy Tax of 14.20% is charged on the room rate only.

GUEST IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED

Guests will be required to present a valid credit card and government-issued identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation. If you are using a company or another party’s credit card, an authorization form is required and must be on file at the time of check-in.

ACCESSIBILITY

We have one ADA-compliant room on-site. If needed, please ensure it is requested at the time of reservation.

SMOKE-FREE

We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any guest room, deck, balcony, or public areas. If smoking occurs, a $250 cleaning fee per night will be charged to your credit card.

HOUSEKEEPING

Our housekeeping staff will enter daily for stay-over guests (more than one night) to freshen bathrooms, empty trash cans, and make the bed. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door, the housekeeping staff will not enter the room. If any additional amenities are needed, please contact the front desk.

LOST KEY

Our fee for a lost key is $50. The keys that you are given open the lobby door and your guest room door.
